At US RV LOANS we not only offer financing but we offer re-financing as well. Minimum financing amount is $25,000.00.  There is a minimum refinance amount of $35,000.00; you may not finance more than the RV is worth, in other words the amount of the payoff balance.   As with original financing you must have good credit.

 Loan Process

After you complete the application information and we receive it, our staff will call you and go over the information with you.  They will answer any questions you have. It is then submitted to the bank that is offering the lowest rates.  The bank will review your credit profile and approve your loan. The bank will send the necessary documents to you to sign. After they are signed and notarized they get returned to the bank. If this is not a pre-approval loan and you have already selected an RV, the bank will wire the money to the dealer or private party and you’re ready to start living the RV lifestyle!

      Purchasing an RV is really easy, especially when you know you have access to people who are ready to answer all your questions.   We do not offer or recommend buy-down rates or home equity loans to purchase your RV. You will want a loan that offers simple interest, the payments will be monthly. Most banks will charge a small penalty if the loan is paid off completely in less than one year. The amount of the monthly payment is put towards the interest and principal balance. With other loans the interest owed is figured using a standard amortization table and if you prepay you will pay back the principal and the full amount of interest that will be due over the entire term of the loan.

It doesn’t matter if you are buying from a dealer or from a private party, if you are buying a used or a new RV, we can take care of your needs.  We can finance used units up to 10 years old and some even if they are older. If the unit is 6 – 10 years old there may be a very nominal ¼% increase in the interest rate. There are some great deals out there if you shop around. You can get some idea of what the unit you are interested in is worth by checking the NADA book on line.
